Please submit this form online (your chapter's membership list will be attached below) and then mail your chapter's FJCL dues ($1 per student) to the FJCL Financial Director, Amy Hornick, at the address below. This membership form must be submitted and your dues check must be postmarked by October 31, 2024. Your membership is not valid until the Financial Director receives your dues check. Please also remember to join the Classical Association of Florida.

N.B. Chapter dues postmarked on November 1st or later must include the $50 late fee to be accepted.*
